Thank you for the feedback. 

• Ensure  Tapo C310 firmware is up-to-date
• Confirm you are using the original power adapter for camera, try to use another 9V power adapter 
• Put camera very closer to router for a test and see if camera still goes into factory reset state (Led flash red and green)?
• Did you accidentally remove the camera in the kasa APP?

May I know was there any power outage or thunderstorm before the cameras start this behavior? 

If still the same,it could be a defective camera and you could contact retailer or our local support to check device warranty.
