stuttering image Tapo C310
I recently bought a Tapo c310. When the camera picks up movement I only see about 1 still image per second in stead of video. It does not matter what video setting is used. It
I'm on the latest version of the APP (2.4.62) and latest version of the firmware (1.1.12 Build 211126 Rel. 15622n(4555))

Hello @Solla-topee
Thanks for your reply.
After looking at the problem better I noticed that also the live stream had about 1 frame per second.
I tried the suggested solutions, but they did nothing.
I then removed the camera from the app and added it again. To my surprise (I had tried this before) the video, playback as well as live view, now run much smoother.
I don't know if I am getting the 15 fps as I expected the video to run even smoother, but maybe this is the best you can get with a 15 fps camera.
Is there a way to check the actual fps the camera is using?

Hello @wasr
Thank you for your valuable feedback, may I know does this happen on every motion detection video clip?
- Please try a different phone to watch Playback videos on Tapo APP
- Try a different network :
- If your phone is connected to the home Wi-Fi network, does the motion-detected clip playback fine?
- If your phone is connected on LTE mobile data, does the motion-detected clip playback fine?
If still the same, can you help provide some information here 1) please share Mac address of camera to us by private message
2) a video shared link of the issue 3) model of the phone and its Andriod or IOS version, thank you.
