My computer is connected to the same LAN/WIFI as the P100. Is there any way I can turn the P100 on or off from within my wireless network without using the mobile app?

In other words, how does the P100 work? Is it an HTTP server that exposes POST endpoints that you could send requests to or something of the kind?

For example, with the Tapo C100 camera, It is possible to view it on your PC through RTSP stream with programs like iSpy, so you don't have to use a mobile app. I want to be able to do something similar with the smart plug. Turn it on or off from my PC without going through the app on a mobile phone.
