Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.10

My camera has been set up to work via an ethernet cable, but have now discovered that it is visible as an unsecured Wifi network, how can i fix this?

Hello @Fred...

Please check if the Ethernet cable is still properly connected on the camera.

After setting up camera through Ethernet in the APP, camera default Wi-Fi SSID will be gone.
However, if the Ethernet cable is disconnected, camera will enter setup mode again with status led flashing amber and green and starting to broadcast Tapo_Cam XXX Wi-Fi.

No that doesn't seem to be it, the ethernet cable hasn't been disturbed and the status LED is solid green, whilst the camera is still connected and working perfectly well via the ethernet cable.
