Having trouble setting up smartbulbs.
Morning,
Could someone help please.
I am in the UK.
i have one light switch that controls two light fittings.
I downloaded the app put my two new smart bulbs in last night. I have got these both registered in the app.
However I could only get one of the bulbs to respond to my Google assistant voice control.
Any ideas?

May I know can you see both bulb in tapo app, did you set up two bulbs under the same tp-link account?
Try to factory reset the problematic bulb and reinstall it in the app, later try to control it on Tapo app & Google Home APP.
How to reset the Tapo smart bulb
If the concern persists, please help provide information below to look into the issue further:
- Can you control the device locally (same network) from the Tapo app
- Can you control the device remotely (LTE or different network) from the Tapo App
- What did Google response to voice command and the time: e.g. at 9:00AM, ' Hey Google , turn on bedroom lamp' , Google responds ' ...'
- Please share a photo of error if there is any error on Google Home app
