Hi, The Firmware update to 1.1.18 stuck and now camera is useless. Red light on and two IR lights. Please send me a email to recovery solution and firmware to get camera working again. Here is my email errieth081892@yahoo.com please help me hopefully any one solution my problem. Thanks in advance
