Updated my cameras as prompted this morning and now one of my cameras has a solid red status light showing, factory reset button does not help, there seems to be quite a few cases of this happening, there was no electric outage, the cameras are only a few weeks old, is my best bet returning it to the retailer (toolstation) or is there a way of manually loading on the old software?
