KH300 not working on phone app
I can ping the hub but the phone app is not recognizing it.
I have many other devices being managed by the KASA app.
Any other options?

For 'I can ping the hub but the phone app is not recognizing it.' do you mean hub is not available or could not be found in the APP during set up process? can you share some details and the photo of the error? May I know the model of your router, thank you.
Did you try to factory reset hub and add it in the camera again?
