Hello i bought this power strip with 3 plugs in May 2021. One of the plugs on the strip does not switch off. I can hear the clicking sound and LED light switching off but the power does not cut off. This is the second time it has happened. First time i was able to reset and it was working fine. However, the issue is not getting resolved this even after resetting. Can someone advise on this issue thanks

@HH28360 - I have exactly the same problem with a socket on the 3 socket KP303 wifi power strip also bought in May. After 4 months it just won't power off. I think the relay is stuck closed, but it's not powering a demanding load - just a hifi around 280W max.
