I have a problem with Tapo C310. I think I installed it well. The voice is ok, but no video image. The mobile show only colored streaks.

Thank you for your feedback, may I have a photo showing the colored streaks?
If the Live view page is still partial visible, click on Auto button on the right top Live and switch from Day/ Night mode.
Try to shake the camera and if see if that helps.
May I know when did you purchase this camera , can you share the Mac address of camera via private message, thank you.
