Hi! I connected to a  DVR Hikvision DS-7608NI-K1(B) several Tapo 200 and 310 cameras using the Onvif protocol.  Today I bought a tapo 210 camera and it has problems connecting to Onvif protocol. The first time I connected it to the network I updated it the last firmware 1.1.6 buil 210507 Rel.76179n(4555). When I manually add the camera to the dvr, the message appears Offline (Language version mismatched). This message does not appear when I add the other cameras (200, 310). Is there a firmware that solves this problem? Thank you!

I received a firmware version that fixed the issue.

 

Note: This beta firmware is just for your test and check, please don't share.

Tapo C210 also support ONVIF as other Tapo camera models,

May I know did you contact the DVR support and see if they have any advice with the error message   Can you help share a photo of the error and let us know your network topology to help locate the problem, thank you.

@Masac Hello, 

The video shows the error is gone when adjusting DVR Time zone and Language settings, do you mean Tapo C210 does not work in that way? If so, as this issue is pretty unusual, to address the issue and try to fix it, we would like to have a specialist look into this further via email. 

Besides, the ‘Language mismatch ' should be very related to Hikvision VDR, please confirm your Hikvison DVR is on the latest version, and also it is recommend to contact  DVR manufacture and see if they could help with the error at the same time.

@Masac This is the last firmware installed V4.30.085 build 210409. The strange thing is that this problem only appears in the C210 version. For the C200 and 310 versions, everything is ok.

May I know the model of your camera, and its firmware & hardware version. 

What is the model of your DVR device and the Error message , if possible it is recommend to share some details with the issue you've experienced so we could look in to the issue further, thank you.
