You probably mean you have a different wifi SSID and password. There usually aren't wifi providers, typically you will have an internet provider that may have provided the router. Follow the instructions to reset the plugs, then set them up again using the kasa app using the new wifi name and password. If you really have a wifi provider as in you're using community/building provided wifi you can't (or at least shouldn't) use the plugs there as everyone will have access.
