Hi

I have 2 x C310 and 1 x C100 camera, and only one C310 has an issue saying this camera can only be controlled locally.  I looked at the HW version of the other C310 and the V2 hardware is working perfect, but the latest camera (just purchased from ebay) was HW version 1, this is having the issue

Is there something wrong with V1 connecting on Wireless or wired still shows the same error, is their a solution to this, I cannot change the DNS address on my BT smart Hub
