Hi

I have two Tapo C200 cameras purchased at the same time from Amazon.  I've installed/run/tested them both in the same manners, and one works fine (colour balance wise), whilst the other has major colour issues despite being tested in various rooms, lighting, and alongside the camera that is working fine.

I have rebooted etc so many times.  I'm wondering if it is a faulty camera, or if there is some troubleshooting I can do.

Can someone please assist / offer advice? Is the camera defective?
