Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.9

Hey everybody.

 

Anybody know why my KL110 would be fading off, and then back to 100%? It happens maybe every 20 minutes to an hour when the light is on. I don't have any schedules set in the Kasa app, so I'm not sure why this would be happening.

 

Any advice appreciated!

Hi,

Would you please record a video clip about this issue for me?

May I know how long have you had the device and when did this issue start?

Have you tried to install this smart light bulb somewhere else to have a check?

And Did a hardware reset fix this issue temporarily?
