Hi, thanks for your feedback.

Since this is the first time that we had this feedback,  Could you please me check the following information:

1. If manually pressing the on/off button on the P100 itself, you could turn on and off the Dab Radio, but not via Tapo APP  on/off button, or timer as well as schedule, right？
2. When you turn on and off the plug on the APP, the status of the plug showing on the APP is right, but the Dab radio would always be on or off, right?
3. Have you tried to factory reset the plug to have a look？
