Not receiveing notifications Kasa camera
i have 2 camera KC 200 and KC110
both work out fine and sent me notification after motion detection as before
but there are no notification from both. dont think the problem lies on network / camera
as both of them doesnt send me notification..
i reinstalled kasa app , restart smart phone.. no help..
anyone has same experience?

@ericall if your camera has a hub, disconect it from the power source for a few seconds. Then turn it ON again...

May I know the model of your phone and its Android or IOS version?
- Please enable Notification Permission on your phone for Kasa app, and turn off Power save or Battery Optimization settings on phone.
-Double check Motion Detection & Activity Zone settings on Kasa APP and make sure it is set properly

hello @ericall,
If the system LED is flashing red, means the Kasa Cam fails to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Double check the Wi-Fi password of your router. Configure the Kasa Cam again if you typed in the wrong password. Check whether the other wireless devices are working fine with the same Wi-Fi network.
