And May I know where are you located?

Have you updated the Kasa APP to be the latest version?

I'm in Japan. I updated Kasa app (ver. 2.27.0 build 835) but the situation is the same.

Is there anyway I can update it?

I also have smart switches that the Kasa app keeps saysing "new firmware for HS200 is ready" but when I try to update in the app it says "no update found".  I have:

- 3  HS200, Hardware Ver 3.0, Firmware Ver 1.1.3

- 4  HS210, Hardware Ver 2.0, Firmware Ver 1.1.4

The Kasa App is Version "2.27.0 | Build 835"

I'm also wondering if there is a manual work around to update my switches or if an App update is forthcoming that will correct the problem.
