Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.6

I've 4 of these plugs & 2 have stopped working with the schedule. The 2 that don't work can be turned on/off via the app & Amazon echo. I've factory reset both & gone through the set up process but they still don't work.

Any help is most appreciated.

Thanks for your time and patience.

They did not turn on or off at all, or turn on/off ahead/ after the schedule, like one-hour difference?

How long have you had the camera and did the issue just start recently?

Did these two plugs have the correct time settings?

By the way, are you able to see the on-going schedules under the plugs on the device list?

@Scotia hi, when I set a schedule for the pug there isn't a calendar & time under the plugs name. I've factory reset the 2 that don't work about a dozen times each.

The 2 devices that don’t work on schedule haven’t changed the time when the clocks went back. I don’t know how to fix this as I’ve factory reset them.
