I want to connect tapo camera to a raspberry pi display. I could successfully integrate the rtsp feed to pi. Now I want to turn on and off display when motion detected.

Is there a way

1. Rtsp feed stop and start from camera only when motion detection occur

2. Is there api to capture the motion detection notifications send to app
