Hi,
The download links for the NC220 firmware are not working any longer.
Where can I find the latest versions?

Good day.
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
I checked the internal information about NC220, there is two firmware for your reference:
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202006/20200615/NC220_1.3.2_Build_200508.zip
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202004/20200429/NC220_1.3.1_Build_200401.zip
At the same time, have you tried to reset the camera and set it up again?
And how long have you had the camera and when did the issue start?
Thank you very much and have a nice day.

Hi, may I know the current firmware of your NC220 and the reason why you want to update it? Is there any issues with the current firmware?

Hi, I have a few NC220 cameras and one of them is showing problems streaming video.
This is from the tpCamera app on my cellphone (it's offline now):
Acessing it directly through a browser it works fine, but of course only locally, at home.
I was hoping reloading the formware might solve the problem. The current version is 1.3.0, build 180105.
I read a newer version came out some time ago, to fix a security issue.
Thanks,
Niels

Hi, tried both versions, but without success.
This problem started happening a few weeks ago. I already tried ressetting the camera, but it did not solve the problem.
The weird thing is it works fine accessing the camera via browser on the local network.
I did some more testing and found out it works fine if I use http like this:
http://[IP]:8080/stream/video/mjpeg
But I get the "striped" image whenever I try to use rtsp protocol, like this:
rtsp://[IP]:554/h264_vga.sdp
I guess the TP-Link cloud uses rtsp protocol, so I won't have any way to watch the camera remotely, right?
Any help is welcome!
