Firmware Version: 2.1.9 Build 200225 Rel.28688

Live View from the web UI don't work from any browser. This was working fine few weeks ago, now 8/15/20 I can't see the Live View, as a consequence, I can't set the motion Detection. I already tried installing a new firefox browser plug-in but didn't work. Please, help.

Do you mean you could no longer log into the wen interface of the camera?

Can you still use the camera APP to control the device: https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/nc200/#Apps

If App is still ok, please try to check the IP address on the APP and check if this IP address is accessible;

(or you could also check the IP address from the router’s DHCP client list.)
