tpCamera version is 3.1.15. Firmware version I don't know. And there is no firmware I can find... Problem: I can't connect in the final stage of the app setup. I give password admin but is not acceptable. I give password I gave  at some stage before but again it is not accepted and get "Network Error".  That's when things go OK. There are occasions where camera can not be found or the LED does not blink Green and Red. I RESETed it a couple of times just to get the results described above.

Hardware is working OK as I let it be checked by TP-LINK customer service. They said it worked fine for them and there is some sort of problem with my router configuration, not my smartphone... Router I use is ZTE Speedport Entry 2i.

Now I am in your hands...I want to watch my aging mother at home...

Please reset the NC210 by holding the RESET button on it for more than 5s and refer to the below instructions to reconfigure it:

Thanks for the help. Now I understand more.. My problem is that after "Camera Found" message and giving a password, at the "Joining your Network" step, instead of connecting it spins forever... sometimes looses connection and promps me to reconnect...and so on. It has never been connected. The distance between camera and router is 2m, and of course the Led has never changed into green. Should I enter the router and change the chanels? How this will affect my other wireless connections?

If the camera still fails to connect to the wireless network of your ZTE Speedport Entry 2i router, it is suggested to change the wireless channel and security type to give it a go, which generally won't affect other wireless devices to connect.

 

However, if you worry about it, you may contact your router suggest to get some help with this, thanks.
