I've just found my TP lik HS 100 smart plug that was packed away a year ago before some building work. I'm now trying to get it worling again bu when I try to re-install the Kasa Smart app on my iphone, the app won't install. I had previosuly off-loaded the app from my phone and now iOS doesn't seem to want to re-download it - see attached screenshot (1).

 

Also, when I go to TP Link's own website for the app I get the message "Product or service you are looking for is not available in this region.". I'm in the UK. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hello, 

Please restart the phone and reinstall the APP again, if you are using VPN, turn it off first. The app is available in UK, you are also try to download it with another phone.
