So much for plug and play, I have been trying to get this camera to work as suggested and I am always running into issues, I spent a couple of hours on the phone with TP and Amazon Support. 80% where I want to be, I want 100%. I have setup an ALERT schedule 9pm to 5am m-s, the problem is I keep getting these alerts outside the scheduled hours and they don't record, I had put in a new 64 GB sd card and I did format the thing first. I need an instruction booklet for DUMMIES, It seems I have regressed back to 1995 when I bought my first desktop, 1. Too many alerts w/minimum sensitivety  2. No SD recording, 3.Yes it is toggled to record, 4. No flashing light when motion is detected Thank You
