Australian Outlet

 

I plug the smart plug in to the power socket but no lights cone on. I have tried pressing the power button, holding down the power button, holding down the setting button on top. Nothing.....

 

 

Yes there is power to the outlet as I can take the smart plug out, plug in a lamp and it works just fine.

Hello, please try different wall sockets, if the plug cannot be powered on and no any lights still, I am afraid the plug is defective, please contact the seller or local TP-Link support to check the warranty: https://www.tp-link.com/support/contact-technical-support/#E-mail-Support Also please copy the link of this post to the email if you contact local support.
