Good day.
What do you mean connecting for two mobile?
It just needs to be set up once on one mobile phone, then there are two methods to share camera with others:
- Log into the same email account on multiple phones;
- Share the camera access with different email address, such as: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2613/

Hello, the camera can be bound to one cloud account only, while it can be managed by multiple devices with the same account.
In other word, you can download and install the Tapo camera app and login with the cloud account to manage it.
