When connected with my Andoid Phone to the  local WLAN i can access to Live View yessmiley

When i connected my phone to Internet nothing is shown in Live VIEW sad (just blank and the wheel is durning)

How can i check that the KC120 and KC200 are communicating with the TP-Link Kasa Cloud correctly?

Are there any requirements for the Internet Router/Firewall  ?

@t0md0n

Thanks for your requesting.

So the two cameras work properly except that the remote liveview is not available, right?

Try to disconnect the internet and enable the cellular data of your smart phone and then try to access it and verify whether they work well remotely.

Besides, try to disable the firewall on the main router to give it a go.

Any updates, please let us know.
