HS220 - Dimmer - Switch powers on but the Lights dosn't turn on
So just replaced an existing Dimmer switch with TP Link HS220.
Managed to get the Switch itself to power on but the 10 potlights dont turn on. Very Odd since they turned on with the dumb dimmer switch.
Now could this be a defective unit? Please help!

Wiring looks correct.
You can try swapping the leads.
Put the 3 black wires on the black screw, and the one black wire on the red screw.

@B.Will Thanks, will try that tonight.
I just want to be clear, the switch itself has power right now with this setup.

Please ensure that the hardware installation is correct; if still the same -- switch cannot be turned on, you can contact the retailer to change a new one to give it a go.
While if the new switch still does not work, you may need check the wall outlets/electrical wires.
Best regards.
