Hi,

Is there an option to get the plug to do a power cycle with a predefined delay (Default say 5 seconds maybe configurable)

This would be very handy to be able to restart my network using this Smart plug.

I can issue the stop for this but obviously then issuing the command to switch on wouldnt work since the Wifi network would be down!

Hope this is something that can be done.

Cheers

Simon

@GrowlingBadger

The plug would be on to start(being it is powering your router).

You can schedule a off time, then schedule a on time for 1 min later.

Schedules are stored in memory, and will run when the WiFi is down.

@B.Will Thanks yes sounds like a good solution will use that ... just would be nice to have a cleaner way... without having to schedule both e.g.  "Alexa, restart <plug name>."

I suppose one could make it slighty simpler by just scheduling a "Plug on" task for one minute.  Then turn off it off 'manually' with app..  then it'll hopefully spark into life again.
