Have 4 smart plugs which were working fine now if I try and turn them on via app message come up saying can’t see WiFi app won’t let me delete and start again

What is the led status of the 4 smart plugs? 

 

Are you able to turn them on and off locally with the kasa app? 

 

Try to reboot them to give it a shot, otherwise, you can reset them manually by holding the settings button for 10s with it powered on.
