Model: KC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.2.19

I can’t get my camera to start recording automatically when there’s a motion in the screen (and therefore no notifications). I’ve tried all different kind of settings.

Both video and audio / Only video

From low to high sensitivity

From short to long “motion that last at least”

Both with / without Activity zones

I’ve also tried to reset the camera for new setup, but still getting the problem.

@Thomas_J

Could you please create a motion manually, like walk it through the activity zones?

Then please take a screenshot of the devices page on Kasa app where you saw the KC200. We need to verify is there any hint/indication appears under the camera device name.

Besides, please take a picture of the activity page.
