HELP: Everytime I attempt switch my HS200 on...

Everytime I attempt switch my HS200 on, the light switch will turn on for a fraction of a second then the switch and lights bulbs will turn back off. I dont really have any ideas on how to fix this and any help is appreciated.

From the current situation, it seems that there is something wrong about the physical installation.
