When did you buy the NC450? 

When it dropped internet, what's the led status , is it red or green?

Please also make sure your main router Wi-Fi is always stable and make sure the NC450 located in a place where it can get enough Wi-Fi signal.

Led status is green.

The wifi is always stable and 95% signal.

the problem is in the app ios, which appears offline.

If I try to enter the IP from my laptop it works.

If you try a andorid phone, will you have the issue?
