A19 Bulb won't connect

New to TP-Link, have a few hue as well. Currently using the Lenovo Smart Display (with Google Assistant) which is connected to a few home minis. Every time I command the lights, it will say an error occurred. I tried rebooting, disconnecting it and now it won't detect. Does it have anything to do wit my Google Account connected to many different devices? I use the display as like a main console and everything is connected to the display. Solutions?
