Interested in buying this camera, currently only available in the US, but would be for use in the Europe. Although in specifications it states the power plug to be compatible with 240V, i have read reviews from european customers who state it is not operational in the EU.

Can anybody confirm if a KC120 cam bought in the US is operational in the EU?

Hello, what's the model number of your camera? Do you mean you can't choose the camera's model number when you install it on the app? Which app did you download?
