Firmware Update on NC250

When I open the app for my NC250 I notice that there is a firmware upgrade pending. After clicking on the icon it tells me that the firmware is being upgraded. However, after waiting 10 mins, process still not completed and it just sits there. Have rebooted my mobile device and rebooted the camera, it still works OK, however. firmware still not updated. Any idea's?
