I have a LB130(EU) bulb. I would like to set the brightness to be less than 1% (but still on).

I am using some code to set the bulb brightness to 1%. If I use a large enough value for a transition period, then I can see the bulb move through a number of stages of brightness before reaching 1% (so the bulb is capable of a brightness of < 1%).

Is there a way to set the brightness to 0.5% (as an example)?
