I have very recently purchased and started using four smart bulbs and to HS100s. So far they have worked well, but today I noticed that one switch was not accessible and I have found no way of getting it to do anything. There are no lights on the switch whatsoever.
Is there a magic "hard reset" capability? Is it dead? What is the guarantee replacement procedure? Direct with TP-Link or the retailer (Amazon)?
