I have very recently purchased and started using four smart bulbs and to HS100s. So far they have worked well, but today I noticed that one switch was not accessible and I have found no way of getting it to do anything. There are no lights on the switch whatsoever.

Is there a magic "hard reset" capability? Is it dead? What is the guarantee replacement procedure? Direct with TP-Link or the retailer (Amazon)?

Did you mean the HS100 's LED won't light up no matter where you plug it? If less than one month you can contact Amazon to have a change.
