Hi, I just bought my first IP Cam and it's NC200, I've followed the setup process via my android and it's succeeded.
But the only problem is I only can view my cam when I'm on the same network, but when I'm away from home or using mobile data I can't view the camera, it shows online but when I tap it, the cam just loading and show can't connect to camera.

My setup is adsl modem/router --->wifi router-----> NC200 Wirelessly

What's the firmware version of your NC200? Is it latest? Is your home wifi network stable?

Hi thanks for the reply.Here's the screenshot from my handphone, and I can confirm that I can change the LED status even when I'm on mobile data, I just can't view the live stream.

Hi thanks for the reply, my firmware is 2.1.7 build 160315 (I think it's the latest firmware), the only problem is I cant view the live stream from the cam, it shows online and i can change the led status when I'm on mobile data, but cant view the live stream, below is the screenshot when I'm on mobile dataP.S Mod please ignore my message before this.

Yes, your firmware is the latest. you may check whether is there any firewall or anti-virus in your home wifi network or is there any special settings on your wifi router.
Open ports or DMZ for the camera to have a try. If you have further issue, you can provide your account info to the tp-link support for further help
