De upgrade mag u niet draadloos uitvoeren, dit dient bekabelt te gebeuren.
Via deze FAQ wordt er uitgelegd hoe u in de webinterface komt van de NC450

Vervolgens kunt u bij het tabblad [FONT=AktivGrotesk-Bold]System——> Managementde firmware bijwerken[/FONT]
Graag ontvangen wij een terugkoppeling van het resultaat.

[FONT=Calibri]The issue I found is that its related with daylight saving time zone.
For the V1.2 of firmware, the time of timeline has one hour ahead than device time for the daylight
saving time zone. For example. if the device time is 8:00 am (UTC +1), the pointer will be directed
to 9:00 in the timeline and no video will be recorded, and you need to go back one hour to look.
I think this issue may cause customer's problem, and this issue will be fixed in the next firmware
V1.3, the fastest release time is estimated to be the late July/ begin August .

or the record remain to be unreachable?
Please try to enable 24 hour recording to check if the record function is normal and video could be
checked in timeline. If this function is abnormal, please format SD card at first.

Upgrade to new firmware today. Now can format SDCard from tpcamera application and added motion tracking (no idea how to use this) motion detection is still there

great .motion tracking is when the camera detect motion the camera will follow the moving object.
