Hi,

I have a NC-230 camera and it works perfectly on my windows 10, but I'm trying to install it on my Windows Server 2012 and it's not working.

I have try to install the Desktop Experience, I did do the updates and nothing work.

The TP-Link Camera control works, it find my camera but when I try to view it there's just a black screen and that says "Connecting..." forever.




Can someone help me?

I am also facing this problem with my NC – 230 camera. I also tried to update the software and disabled the antivirus but I am still facing this issue.

Camera control will come out a new version to solve this problem. it seems to have compatibility problem with some computer. However, it not effect the record function.
