I can see in the mobil app and as well in at the laptop the camera but missing is the controll buttem for the camera NC450
Please help

You see what where? Missing control button where? Do you mean the pan and tilt option? Using my iPad, I noticed the pant/tilt option was not available. Instead, I used my finger to "pan" left or right and to "tilt" up and down.
