Hi we have IP CAM NC200 latest FW

Set-up via tpcamera + test via local all works fine
Then in the last step it says: unplug cable to change to wifi
So we do so: then I see in settings WIFI Connection Status: connected
But cloud can not access the camera, ios app cannot connect
So in essence nothing works until I plug in the cable again

Is there some kind of Port Forward I have to enable? Something else?

Is there a difference between WIFI and UTP cable network?

Help appreciated
