Hello,
i have an NC450 ip cam.
When i press the ''microphone'' button from the tpCamera ios app,it says ''the audio line is occupied by another user.Please try again later.''and the sound does not arrive to my camera

Since its only me that i use this camera ,does anyone know what does it mean?and how will i fix it??
