NC200 & NC230 unreachable after power restored

NC200 & NC230 unreachable after power restored

As per title said, I am forced to manually restart the power cycle to make it work again. Otherwise, the devices (2 NC200, 2 NC230) can't be pinged at all. Anyone having this annoying issue at all or it's me alone =(
FYI, I am on the latest firmware for both NC200 & NC230. Network configuration is set to static IP.
