Model : NC250

Hardware Version : XXXX

Firmware Version :1.0.10

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have been able to setup the NC250 in iSpy using the below

FFMPEG

rtsp://admin:@/h264_hd.sdp
e.g rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.0.1/h264_hd.sdp

The issue with iSpy is that the URL gererated by the wizard or the online URL generator creates the wrong URL. It creates a h264_vga.sdp instead of the h264_hd.sdp

Hi grimf, thanks for the feedback, just to let you know that i have not had any issues with my NC250 cameras going offline, they work perfectly in iSpy while running the version 1.0.10 firmware. Are they going off-line in iSpy or Just in general when you are using the built in webpage? personally i would start a ping and check the reply to see if the camera is either powering down or if there is some kind of network issue that is causing the stream to stop.

I would love to know how you got it working. I have 5 of these and would love to get them working on ispy. IF you dont mind could you give step by step directions? I have tried much and spent days but cant get them working. No video and red disconnected emblem at top right corner in ISpy.

Hi icyman, first thing first can you get to the cameras on your network? Are you using DHCP or static IP address's?

I can view them and hear sound. Everything works using the web interface on the network.
