Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

In TP Link Cloud i have a warning that says that i have to upgrade the firmware but when i try to do that i get a error even if i download direct from the website and try to upgrade manualy from camera i got an error again, anyone whith this problem?
TP Link can you at least give your costumers an explanation?

This is actually funny...Yep got that error to.....
(think its the Alpha firm disguised in a "new" release version)
Ús (the users) are complaining about stability of the cam itselfe.
Now they release a bug fix that fixes stability issues with the cloud server ??
TP-LINK listen to the USERS of your hard and software, and fix those Things !! (damn your grasping for nothing)
