The camera control tool must be used in local mode, which means that camera and PC must be in the same LAN.

I already connect NC200 in the same LAN network with my PC but still can not detect in TP Link Camera control still, I can access NC200 with my browser or tplinkcloud.com, I use TP-link-ADSL-W8901N for ADSL Router. Is there something wrong with my pc or my router.

If you followed the above guide but no help. maybe it is a computer issue. Can you try different computers?

My NC220 camera not listed in TP-LINK Camera Control software.
I did try on 2 different PC,one on windows 10 and one on windows 7,with the same network but no luck.
I can access it from my web browser and my andriod app.

Should the NC220 cameras are working with the TP-LINK Camera Control software? or just only NC200.

Disable anti-virus software and firewall first. And try again.

OK, I did fresh installed windows 7 on my old laptop. Set everything up and connected all NC220 , laptop and router via network cable.
Doesn't have anti-virus software installed and then I did turn off windows firewall but my NC220 still not listed in Camera Control Software. :(

I downloaded Setup Wizard (nc220_windows_setup_wizard-0.9.4.exe) from NC220 download web page.
When I run it, Why my NC220 was detected in Setup Wizard but it wasn't detected in Camera Control Software?

Any advise or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, it seems to be a bug in the communication of the NC220 and the Camera-Control-Program. have the same problem here with windows7 in Germany. The NC220 ist not seen by the control-Program, but it is by all other possibilities.

I think we'll have to wait - maybe for a new firmware or an update.
