hi tried to update firmware.
but this appear:
"Firmware auto-update is only available while the device is connected to Wi-Fi. Please set up Wi-Fi first."
but the robot already connected..
i just follow the instruction then look like robot cant see any wifi available...
it just look like the update firmfare is just a gimmick..
Did you reset the robot vacuum when trying to reconnect it -- reconnect the wifi? Did you take a screenshot of this error

What's led status of your robot vacuum?
Try to reset the device and reconfigure it in the Tapo app. How to reset Tapo Robot Vacuum
If the problem still exists, please send me the Mac address of your device through a private message. Remove the water tank and you will see a label on the robot vacuum.
